Kansas City is a barbeque town! KC’s barbeque roots can be traced back to the early 1900s when Henry Perry started smoking meat low and slow, serving it with a thick tomato and molasses based sauce.  While you’re in KC, you could eat barbeque every day and not hit all the great spots.  Here are a several that I, a certified KCBS (Kansas City Barbeque Society) barbeque judge, can personally recommend. Hint: Try the Burnt Ends – they are a KC specialty!
